We at Chandler Macleod have an exciting job opportunity for an Employee Experience Lead to join one of our reputable state government clients located in Dandenong for an ASAP start.

Overview of the Role

The Lead operates with excellence and expertise in project management, process, and judgement, as well as communication, to provide sound and timely advice and support for the organisation's successful implementation of the People Plan.

The role is an active member of the People Culture and Safety team, working across the team and at all levels of the organisation to facilitate operational outcomes.

**Qualifications**

**Essential**
- Relevant degree and post graduate qualification in Business, Communications, Project Management or Human Resources Management, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with management expertise in technical or administrative fields

**Desirable**
- Principal specialist in a recognised discipline or specialist area

**Skills and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills coupled with a collaborative style and strong relationship building capability.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous and high-pressured environments and employ innovative and creative problem-solving techniques.
- Practised analytical skills with the ability to make recommendations that demonstrate credibility and expertise.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and participating in projects and initiatives that are focused on employee engagement, development, and capability.
- Experienced in organisational project management and developing project documentation and strategies.
- Extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge of People, Culture and Safety roles including administration, project management, planning and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as the ability to work with independence, judgement, and initiative.
- Highly-developed interpersonal skills and a high level of emotional intelligence combined with a positive approach and capacity to represent the People Plan in line with the organisation's values.
