Employee Experience Professional

The People Experience Lead plays a pivotal role in cultivating a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment across the organisation.
This position leads initiatives that improve the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding, creating a culture of continuous improvement, wellbeing, and performance.
A key aspect of this position is to develop and implement people-focused solutions that align with strategic priorities and adapt to the changing needs of the organisation.
Key responsibilities include leading people centered change initiatives, projects, and communication strategies with a strong focus on wellbeing, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in leading people focused change, projects, and communication initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to deliver clear, timely, and impactful communications
- Ability to design and deliver impactful tools, content, and resources
