In the role of Private Client Director, you will join NAB's Private Wealth team that's doubling down making a tangible difference to clients while keeping it simple.
As a Private Client Director you will be responsible for the proactive management of some of our most valuable Private Client relationships.
This includes managing a portfolio and driving growth of the business across multiple client portfolios through existing client relationships and acquisition of new customers.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to: Manage and develop a portfolio of high and ultra-high value complex clients.
Identify new business and referral opportunities and establish, develop, and utilise networks of internal and external contacts.
Use experience and knowledge to help clients preserve and grow their wealth.
Personally sanction lending within own Delegated Lending authorities.
Prepare and submit for approval consumer and business lending proposals outside own authorities with full justification for recommendations, including obtaining and analysing industry and business information.
Collaborate with internal specialists to best serve your clients.
Identify clients' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and face to face meetings.

You'll need: Previous banking experience dealing with High-Net-Worth clients, and Ultra High-Net-Worth clients.
Previous experience within Private banking, Business banking, Asset Management, Markets and/or Investment banking, particularly in relation to complex credit/lending/investments.
Proven experience with business development/acquisition of new clients.
Sound understanding of banking products and services and demonstrated evidence of execution and delivery.
Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast paced, ever evolving environment.
Tertiary qualification highly regarded.
Tier 1 RG146 accredited (preferred).
