We're a Melbourne-based design agency that helps FMCG brands look sharp, stand out, and sell more. Think: iconic packaging, brand worlds, and big retail impact.
We're after a Client Director who knows how to lead clients, keep creative on track, and stay calm when things heat up (or go sideways). You've done this before — now you want more ownership, better brands, and a tier 1 team to collaborate with.
What you'll do:
Own client relationships across 2–3 major FMCG accounts
Lead briefs from strategy through to rollout
Spot opportunities for growth — and know how to go after them
Keep projects running smoothly and profitably
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with creative, strategy, and production
What you bring:
5+ years in an agency role (packaging or FMCG experience a big plus)
Commercial smarts, strategic head, strong client EQ
Confidence in leading conversations with brand and marketing directors
Love for the details, but you see the bigger picture too
A calm, clear communicator — with a sense of humour
Experience managing client accounts with annual budgets of $500K+
