Trusted by many Fortune 500 companies, my client has evolved since 2000 into a global leader in Enterprise AI, seamlessly integrating AI, engineering, and design to support strategic business decisions.They are seeking a seasoned Client Director to join our Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) team in Australia.
This senior-level role is designed for a strategic leader with deep experience in data-driven transformation, AI/ML, and cloud-based consulting services.
You will be responsible for driving exponential growth across existing banking relationships, expanding total contract value (TCV), and shaping the broader business strategy in collaboration with global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end client relationships, including P&L accountabilityDrive aggressive revenue growth through strategic sales initiativesStructure and negotiate high-value, complex deals with a focus on innovation and disruptionDevelop and execute client growth strategies to increase wallet shareBuild and maintain strong relationships with C-level executivesCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand account footprintLead solutioning efforts by translating client needs into actionable consulting deliverablesOversee operational execution and ensure seamless delivery across engagementsNegotiate MSAs and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesQualifications12–15 years of sales experience, including 5+ years in the Australian BFS sectorProven success in selling solutions involving Data Analytics, AI/ML, and Data EngineeringStrong network of CXO-level relationships within Big4/5 banking institutionsAbility to articulate and deliver analytics solutions on major cloud platformsDemonstrated success in engaging top-tier banking clients with impactful solutionsExperience managing portfolios in the $50M+ rangeDeep understanding of BFS industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needsStrategic mindset with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary, cross-border teamsStrong executive presence, entrepreneurial drive, and team leadership capabilitiesWhat's on OfferOpportunity to lead in one of the most dynamic and high-growth sectorsEstablished territory with existing client relationships and growth potentialIndustry-leading compensation and performance-based bonusesGenerous private health insurance rebateNovated lease options for electric vehiclesFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balanceCertified Great Place to Work environment
