The Operation Excellence Manager will take responsibility for interpreting data and providing high level analytics to shape and improve business performance.

As an Operation Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Being responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property
- Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to elevate operational efficiency
- Providing expertise and guidance for effectively planning and delivering maintenance outages in the APAC region
- Designing and implementing new processes and tools, or review current methodologies focusing on continuous improvement.
- Supporting or lead training initiatives for new procedures, to ensure a cohesive approach to process optimization across the Regional organization
