Operational Excellence Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Library Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our library staff and manage the library's collection to meet the needs of our community.
About the RoleYou will play a key part in driving team performance, fostering a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional service to our residents.
Your Key Responsibilities- Oversee a team of library staff in their daily operations as well as manage the library's collection to meet the needs of the local community.
- Use a range of workforce management initiatives to lead and support your team, whilst providing expert advice and support to senior leaders and staff.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and regional partners to build relationships and ensure our library services are meeting the needs of the community.
- Maintain the library's facility and venue, contribute to the review of library processes and services and prepare business plans and reports on service outcomes.
- An experienced leader with a passion for public libraries and a strong grasp of operational excellence.
- Able to build strong, supportive relationships with your team and local stakeholders to foster positive customer experiences.
- Apply expertise in process improvement to enhance library operations, while maintaining high standards of presentation and facility care.
