Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage operations at a customer site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient and effective service delivery while fostering a safety-focused culture that prioritizes the well-being of all team members and stakeholders.

Your role will involve communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, building strong relationships, and facilitating collaboration. You will also be responsible for planning and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals, working under pressure, and driving continuous improvements within the site.

A critical component of this role is problem-solving efficiently and addressing challenges as they arise while maintaining a focus on site success. Your exceptional leadership skills, strong computer proficiency, and solid grasp of profit and loss (P&L) management will be essential in achieving these objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership experience in the transport industry
  • Knowledge of the Dangerous Goods industry and HVNL regulations
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with relevant software
  • Understanding of P&L statements and financial management
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
