About the Role

This permanent opportunity entails:

  1. Representing the business across key programs enhancing customer experiences for employees, advisers, employers, and members.
  2. Developing and implementing remediation strategies across Member Operations.
  3. Prioritizing playbook development, process improvement ideas, and executing prioritized initiatives.
  4. Role-modeling and championing initiatives, supporting leadership teams for positive outcomes.
  5. Supporting and delivering change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and minimal disruption to the business.
  6. Utilizing strong planning and prioritization skills to manage competing demands and deliver on key outcomes.
  7. Documenting processes in line with compliance and business requirements.

About You

As a great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you'll excel in this role. We also expect you to identify problems and develop creative solutions. Your strengths may include:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to deliver within changing environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, familiar with risk, compliance, and legal business areas.
  • High-level understanding of enabling technology and performance reporting within Member Operations.
  • Sound business writing skills with knowledge management system updates.
  • Ability to develop business plans for commercially oriented service delivery organizations.
