With a strong and growing client base, we are now seeking a skilled Operations Manager to lead and scale service delivery across multiple regions.
About the Role The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of DSG's service delivery across Queensland.
You'll lead a team of regional supervisors (e.g. Cairns and Brisbane), ensuring efficient job scheduling, workforce coordination, quality standards, and strong client outcomes.
This senior role reports to the General Manager and works closely with other ATW Group leaders to maintain consistency, identify shared opportunities, and support group-wide operational goals.
You'll be instrumental in shaping DSG's next phase of growth while ensuring day-to-day excellence on the ground.
Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Operational Oversight Lead end-to-end operations for DSG's property care services Manage and support a team of regional supervisors to coordinate jobs, staff, and equipment across service areas Oversee quoting, job scheduling, progress tracking, and invoicing via ServiceM8 Ensure high standards of service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency Performance & Business Growth Monitor KPIs, service outcomes, and operational costs to ensure delivery meets targets Contribute to quoting strategy, tender submissions, and new business development Support expansion into new Queensland regions, including operational planning and staff onboarding Compliance & WHS Ensure all services meet relevant WHS, licensing, and operational compliance requirements Support the Compliance Officer and supervisors in daily safety management (toolbox talks, risk assessments, incident reporting) Maintain and update operational procedures and safety documentation Team & Stakeholder Leadership Provide day-to-day leadership to regional supervisors and support field teams Liaise with Corporate Services on workforce administration, procurement, fleet, and equipment needs Build strong relationships with clients, attend site meetings, and represent DSG professionally ATW Group Collaboration Work collaboratively with other ATW operations leaders to align systems, improve coordination, and explore cross-business opportunities Contribute to broader group reporting, strategy, and operational planning What You Bring Senior experience in operations management within field services (e.g. cleaning, landscaping, construction) Proven ability to lead multi-site teams, including supervisors and frontline workers Strong skills in quoting, scheduling, client liaison, and job tracking Proficiency in ServiceM8 or similar job management software Solid understanding of WHS and compliance requirements Practical, solutions-focused leadership style with strong organisational skills Current driver's licence (essential) Why Join DSG?
