**The Role**

We're seeking a dynamic _Coach & Member Relations Specialist, _someone who can switch seamlessly between delivering exceptional coaching and creating memorable client experiences at our front desk. You'll be part of a high-functioning team that values excellence in both training outcomes and 5 star service.

Whether you're leading a small group session, guiding a personal training client, or greeting a new visitor with warmth and professionalism, your role is critical to delivering the _Catalyst Standard_.

This is an ideal position for a well-rounded fitness professional who is passionate about coaching, values career stability, and thrives on making members feel seen, supported, and successful.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Coaching**
- Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 personal training and small group sessions tailored to client goals.
- Maintain energy, technique, and progression across sessions, ensuring clients feel coached, not just supervised.
- Support member results through assessments, programming, and ongoing education.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure a consistent, professional, and results-focused training experience.

**Member Relations**
- Provide concierge-level service at reception, warmly greeting all members and guests within 10 seconds of arrival.
- Handle gym tours, new member onboarding, and follow-ups with a focus on building trust and long-term engagement.
- Manage inquiries, bookings, and scheduling in-person and via our CRM.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell programs, personal training, and specialty classes in a value-driven way.
- Create delightful moments, like personalised welcome notes, milestone shoutouts, and thoughtful gestures that elevate the member journey.
- Maintain 5-star facility standards in reception and coaching areas.

- **Fitness Qualified** - Cert III in Fitness minimum (IV preferred); confident coaching individuals and groups.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $30.13 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
