About the Opportunity
Join Stockland's People & Culture team as an Employee Relations Specialist, where you'll use your HR BP or Workplace relations case management experience to play a key role in shaping and implementing ER strategies that support a fair, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

What You'll Do Lead Complex Case Management: Handle Fair Work claims, anti-discrimination matters, and other sensitive ER cases with confidence and care.
Advise and Influence: Provide pragmatic, commercially-minded advice to leaders and stakeholders across the business.
Navigate Industrial Reform: Stay ahead of legislative changes and ensure compliance with pay and entitlements.
Coach and Collaborate: Support junior team members and contribute to strategic project work.
Drive Positive Outcomes: Help foster a workplace culture built on fairness, respect, and continuous improvement.
About You
You bring 8–10 years of experience in a dedicated Employee or Workplace Relations role within HR, along with: Deep knowledge of the Australian Workplace Relations System and employment legislation.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects with precision.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
