**Job Overview**
As a specialist in Employee Relations and Performance Management, you will provide expert guidance to leaders on effective people management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective employee relations practices.
- Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Coach leaders in performance management techniques.
- Participate as a team member in HR projects.
- Analyse and report on people metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with leaders to navigate organisational change projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
- Significant experience in high volume/fast paced HRBP positions within Aged Care, Health Care, FMCG, or related operational environments.
- Demonstrated experience working with unions on people matters.
- Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
- Advanced coaching, influencing & communication skills.
