Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As an ER Specialist, you will be responsible for managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes and workplace grievances.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage complex ER matters, including ER litigation and conciliation proceedings.
- Oversee workplace investigations and grievances, addressing concerns related to bullying, harassment, discrimination, and victimisation.
- Lead disciplinary processes for behavioural/conduct concerns, from informal conversations to formal actions.
- Provide guidance and coaching to leaders in managing performance concerns.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects, such as providing training to leaders and reviewing policies.
- 5+ years of experience providing ER advice within a fast-paced organisation.
- Proven experience in conducting conciliations and workplace investigations.
- Practical experience in conducting disciplinary matters, grievances, and terminations.
