Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will lead and manage complex employment matters to ensure equity in the process and alignment with the Enterprise Agreement.

This position involves working collaboratively with specialists to provide high-quality advice and support in managing sensitive employment matters. Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Managing case files for complex employment matters, including advising on staff consultation and redundancy processes
  • Coordinating dispute resolution processes and liaising with stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategies to address complex employee relations matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong consulting, coaching, and communication skills
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to engage colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

You will also have a working knowledge of the Australian legal and industrial framework at both state and federal levels, as well as experience in providing expert advice on legislative and policy requirements.
