Role
As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients' business needs and technology solutions.
You will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to enhance business processes and achieve organizational objectives within an agile environment.
You will be working in established squads with architects and developers.
Plan, organize, and facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive innovation, capturing outcomes accurately.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and propose creative solutions to address business challenges.
Craft user stories with clear acceptance criteria, collaborating with development teams for accurate implementation.
Adopt a research-oriented mindset to understand customer journeys and pain points, visualizing and communicating customer journey maps effectively.
You will have
5+ years business analyst experience working in large environments
3+ years Salesforce experience
Salesforce certifications highly advantageous
Healthcare/ Financial services experience highly advantageous
Experience with agile project management tools (eg. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure Devops)
Proficiency in diagramming software (eg. Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio)
Experience in working within highly complex, multi-stream and integrated environments
