Recruitment Consultant, Technology & Project Services

We're partnering with a leading retail brand to find a Salesforce Business Analyst / Project Manager who will help shape the future of their retail and eCommerce customer experience.

You'll work across multiple Salesforce clouds—Order Management, B2B Commerce, Experience Cloud, Sales, and Service—integrating with ERP, WMS, OMS, payment gateways, and more to create seamless shopping journeys.

What you'll do:

  • Lead workshops & gather business requirements
  • Translate needs into user stories & functional specs
  • Keep stakeholders engaged & projects on track

What you bring:

  • 3+ years with Salesforce (any cloud)
  • 1+ year with Service Cloud

Nice to have:

  • Retail system integration know-how
