Our client based in the South East Suburbs are a specialist in Window Furnishings and have been in operation for 35 years and supply to both the domestic and commercial markets. All the blinds are manufactured and assembled on site in their state of the art fabrication facility. Due to growth they are currently seeking a Permanent Customer Service Guru to join their team.

**Key duties**:

- Answer customer queries and issues via incoming calls
- Manage and maintain case files (used to track all orders, queries and reworks)
- Data Entry of customer Orders in to system daily making sure each blind has been entered accurately
- Cross check each other's work for accuracy
- Enter and Process reworks in a timely manner and follow up of reworks
- Filing of all invoiced orders and paperwork must be completed daily
- Liaise with production Supervisor and show knowledge of the product as well as knowing where jobs are within the manufacturing cycle
- Cross training on all window furnishing products to improve knowledge

**Skills and experience**:

- Previous Customer Service experience ideally from the Blind Industry
- Experience dealing effectively with customer complaints resolution
- Ability to build customer relationships quickly and maintain a positive rapport at all times
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) **Netsuite experience is highly regarded**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work exceptionally well in a team environment and provide feedback and process improvement opportunities
- Self-motivated to continually improve customer satisfaction
