Summary:We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
The Guest Service Agent will be the first point of contact for guests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.The position is casual, and the successful candidate will be required to work a variety of rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Responsibilities:Greet guests upon arrival and check them into their roomsProvide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractionsRespond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their stayProcess payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactionsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintainedAssist with the planning and execution of events and conferences hosted at the hotelMaintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all timesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applicationsAbility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysFull automatic drivers license desirable but not essential )
