About The Role

Our Guest Service Agents are responsible for :

  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures, and throughout their stay.
  • Being an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand.
  • Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests using the Hotel's PMS system.
  • Answering and processing reservation inquiries, making recommendations, and upselling rooms according to availability.
  • Coordinating with other departments.
  • Answering and dispatching both incoming external and internal calls.
  • Maintaining sufficient knowledge of all room rates and available packages.
  • Following up on all guest requests and complaints.
  • Being a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible.

About You

We are looking for someone who has :

  • A desire to genuinely help people.
  • Front Office / reservation experience preferred but not essential; we value attitude above experience.
  • The drive to deliver exceptional guest service and derive satisfaction from helping, problem-solving, and being accountable for your workload.
  • An eye for detail and exceptional social skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative and working collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
