Role Purpose:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Guest Service Agent at Crystalbrook Vincent.

We seek a forward-thinking, people-oriented individual who can work well within a team to elevate our guest experience to new heights.
Responsibilities:
Providing exceptional guest service and support
Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining a welcoming and professional environment
Skills and Experience:
Previous hotel guest service experience
Strong IT skills and familiarity with Opera PMS
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
Knowledge of Brisbane and enthusiasm for local tourism
Availability to work across a 7-day roster, including evenings and nights
Motivation to deliver outstanding guest experiences
