The opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a versatile and talented Guest Services Agent to join the Arise Hotels & Apartments Teams. We are looking for an experienced and professional hotelier who has previous experience working in Hotels & Resorts.

Arise Hotels & Apartments manages approximately 3,000 self-contained and contemporary strata-titled apartments. Arise currently has an extensive portfolio across Queensland, Victoria, and Adelaide with further growth planned for 2022 and beyond.

What Your Week Looks Like

Your role will focus on providing high-quality customer service to our guests and residents during their stay. You will handle email and phone inquiries promptly and effectively, including answering questions from both future and current guests. Additionally, you will manage check-ins and check-outs for arriving and departing guests. This role is essential for the smooth daily operation and is integral to the guest experience.

You will face challenging situations that require problem-solving skills, flexibility, and agility, all while maintaining the integrity and reputation of our brand.

What We Need From You
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using RMS9 and Cloud Hospitality Software is an advantage
  • Strong ability to use basic Microsoft Office systems
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Resourcefulness and self-sufficiency
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be agile, and flexible to meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective and efficient time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
