**Role Description**:
As a Client Services Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our existing relationships with over 1,300 schools across Australia. You're the person that ensures everything runs smoothly on the day of our presentations. You ensure that the teachers and students have the best possible experience with Elevate and that they want to continue their partnership with Elevate each year.

**Key resposibilities**:
1. Fostering excellent relationships with your clients

2. Re-booking client schools through marketing and sales campaigns

3. Providing frontline customer support and dealing with any concerns or problems that may arise

4. Working closely with the presenting body to manage logistics and ensure we deliver the best product possible
