**About the Role**

**PERSOLKELLY** have partnered with a Telecommunications Provider based in Macquarie Park. An opening for an experienced Renewal/Quote Specialist to join on a permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 6 and will co-ordinate between the sales teams, customers, offshore teams and vendors eg. Cisco or Arrow distributers to deliver an exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for managing ICT maintenance and subscription renewals.
- Ensuring the customer pipeline is maintained within the quoting platform, making sure each contract progresses through the contract lifecycle.
- Providing customers with renewal quotes, ensuring to meet customers' needs and closing the opportunity.
- Provide a high level of customer service, tackling any enquiries and concerns throughout the process.
- Attending sales meetings with BDM's/Account Managers/Account Directors to understand what is in the sales pipeline. This will assist in securing competitive pricing.

**Person Requirements**
- Experience required in vendor relationships, pricing, distribution channels and deal registrations. Desirable.
- 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Clear Communicator - written and verbal.
- Manage accurate renewals prior to contract expiry dates.
- High level of organization and coordination.
- Energetic and proactive in achieving KPI's
