Overview

As the Quoting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the fleet and corporate sales team by preparing accurate, competitive, and timely quotes for business, government, and leasing clients. You\'ll liaise with internal stakeholders, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure all quotes meet commercial and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate fleet vehicle quotes according to the pricing structures set by Fleet and Corporate Manager
  • Ensure all quotes are accurate, timely, and aligned with the latest product and pricing information.
  • Ensure vehicle details and delivery statuses are consistently updated across systems including our DMS
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge within FMOS, vehicle availability, and delivery timeframes
  • Prepare and submit tax invoices for delivered vehicles in accordance with internal procedures and client requirements.
  • Track rack and report on quoting activity, including win/loss analysis and response times.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry standards
What You\'ll Bring
  • Experience in an automotive dealership or fleet quoting environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple quoting streams and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
