About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ICT Renewal Specialist to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage ICT maintenance and subscription renewals ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a robust customer pipeline within quoting platforms
  • Provide customers with renewal quotes and close opportunities
  • Deliver high-level customer service and resolve inquiries/concerns in a timely manner
  • Attend sales meetings with key stakeholders to understand sales pipelines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in vendor relationships, pricing, distribution channels, and deal registrations
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role
  • Clear and effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage accurate renewals prior to contract expiry dates
  • High level of organization and coordination skills
  • Energetic and proactive approach to achieving key performance indicators
