Reporting to Founder & Director, Peggy, you will be leading and developing brand awareness and play a pivotal role in shaping client outcomes by delivering an exceptional end-to-end service. Day to day your primary responsibilities will be delivering brand and website projects that inspire, engage, connect and convert.
- Directing and overseeing all projects and processes for Brand Strategy & Design, Digital, SEO & Brand Execution, Marketing Research & Brief Planning
- Understand our clients unique brand and website needs, championing the roll-out across various platforms
- Project quality control reviewing, editing and proofing project work produced by other in-house and freelance team members

**About You**:

- Previous experience at a full-service agency, marketing consultancy or similar position
- 5+ Years Marketing and Web Development or Bachelor industry experience equivalent
- 5+ years Team Leadership experience.
- Understand the importance of client customisation and tailoring to the client
- Proven track record of bringing in new business in previous roles, delivering projects within timeframe and budgets
- Your strategic marketing skills and project management will know exactly how to deliver transformative digital growth for our clients.
- Understanding of consumer psychology, advertising & sales principle
- Enjoy achieving company growth targets to increase overall sales performance in terms of the number of deals and total revenue.
