With a significant transformation program underway, an opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Health and Safety Business Partner to join the HSW function on a permanent basis.

**About the Role and Purpose**
The Safety Operations Manager plays an integral role in leading and supporting the Health and Safety Business Partners and our operations to create a culture of care, implement the Work Health and Safety (WHS) management system across the organisation and provide expert advice to the broader Health Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) team and senior business leaders.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualified in OHS, Allied Health or similar.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in safety in a large organisation with a proven track record in delivering effective HSW programs and driving results.
- Experience in healthcare or similar industry (desirable).
- Experience managing and developing a team of professionals.
- Well-developed analytical, planning and project management skills.
- Well-developed communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
- Well-developed decision making, problem solving and reasoning skills.
- Well-developed ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in self-insurance and a solid understanding of WHS legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
