Job Description

The Safety Operations Manager is a key member of our property-based team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents. This role involves working night shifts from 11pm – 7am on a rotating roster.

  • Conducting nightly audits to verify accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
  • Managing night shift operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Verifying guest accounts, resolving any discrepancies, and preparing detailed reports for management.
  • Ensuring security and safety during the night, monitoring CCTV systems, and addressing any security concerns or emergencies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service/operations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution.
