Job DescriptionDesign, implement and optimize customer loyalty program to enhance customer retention, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime valueMonitor and optimize loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize customer engagementDevelop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn through personalized offers and communicationsOptimize program performance by analyzing participation, redemption rate, customer lifetime value, and engagement dataDevelop lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture customers at every stage of their journeyCollaborate with CRM and Performance Marketing team to plan loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Push notifications, email, in-app, etc.)Drive platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage metrics (e.g. DAU/MAU, purchases)RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics rolesStrong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketingStrong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modelingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Excellent project management and communication skillsDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitmentPassionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term loyaltyIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us
