Senior Loyalty Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a talented professional to join our organization as a Senior Loyalty Marketing Analyst. In this key role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime value.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to design and implement customer loyalty programs that meet customer needs and maximize customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze program performance to optimize loyalty initiatives and drive repeat business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop lifecycle marketing strategies and nurture customers at every stage of their journey
  • Utilize data analytics to inform program decisions and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful loyalty programs
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
