**Digital Sales Conversion Specialist**

Excellent opportunity for someone to drive some major sales uplift programs and bring some creative problem solving to the team.

**_Improve our digital sales outcomes_**
- Improve our web sales experience and gain an uplift in site conversion rates with involvement in all relevant aspects of the digital sales program (conversion rate optimisation, projects, SEO, etc)
- You'll define the key metrics driving our performance and steer reporting and dashboarding creation to track our performance to target and identify areas of opportunity
- Work with our SEO resources (agency or internal) to prioritise activity, implement and show benefit of our SEO program
- Work closely with the Product, Digital, UX Design, Brand and other interested stakeholders/teams

**_Create a robust conversion rate optimisation program_**
- Our digital optimisation program has recently kicked off and we are looking for you to help elevate it to the next level by implementing robust processes and getting stakeholders engaged and excited about the program and its success
- You'll be using various analytics and website behaviour tools to find insights through process-driven analysis/research, identifying leaks in the buying journey. With a customer first lens, you will optimise features with a view to improve user engagement, acquisition and retention goals

**_Represent Digital Sales across key digital projects and capability builds:_**
- With a huge slate of digital projects planned, you'll be responsible for leading/supporting these initiatives to ensure we build fantastic customer experiences. Our goal is to make browsing the Dodo websites a pleasure and ultimately lead to improved sales and business outcomes

**What you will bring to the table**:

- 2-3+ years experience in conversion rate optimisation and/or digital sales growth related roles
- Experience in growing digital sales through project capability builds and conversion rate optimisation (inc A/B testing, MVT, etc)
- Understanding of and experience with relevant UX, testing and sales optimisation tools (Optimizely/Google Optimise/Adobe Target, Hotjar, etc)
- Proven experience gathering, eliciting, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements in a way that is complete, clear, correct, and consistent
- Analytically savvy, with the ability to interpret data and analyse the customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement
- A top notch attention to detail and rigorous standards for what you'll allow to go live
- A highly collaborative style with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to meet targets and keep initiatives on track
- SEO experience a bonus
