Digital Assets Conversion Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in Asian markets to convert leads into funded accounts through outstanding service, leveraging your expertise in digital assets conversion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their trading needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and financial products relevant to global markets, offering valuable insights to clients and driving business growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets and KPIs related to account funding, trading activity, and client retention, consistently demonstrating your ability to drive results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • A good experience in sales or client-facing roles within the financial or trading industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A good understanding of CFD trading products, financial markets, and trading platforms, particularly in the Asian region, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on client conversion and customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with the cultural and business practices of the Asian markets, with a focus on client preferences in the region.
