What you'll do:Lead creative strategy that aligns with business goals and performance metrics.Own and evolve brand identity across digital, social, tech, and retail touchpoints.Deliver high-fidelity mock-ups, responsive layouts, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Framer, or Webflow.Design EDMs, landing pages, and ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Display.Conduct UX audits and lead best-practice discussions with C-level stakeholders.Align creative with performance marketing strategies for B2B, D2C, and marketplaces.Integrate AI tools; Lovable (functional front-end prototypes), Midjourney, VEO 3, ChatGPT) for rapid ideation, asset creation, and testing.
What you'll bring:Strong UI/UX design portfolio with shipped digital products.3+ years in design, branding, or creative leadership (agency or client-side).Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects a plus).Proven client management skills — fluent in digital, CX, and UX.Experience with user flows, UX strategy artifacts, and usability testing.Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and CRO.Comfortable with AI-assisted design workflows.
Nice to have:Motion/animation skills, Tailwind/React familiarity, strong microcopy skills.
