This role is execution-focused and works closely with internal marketing teams and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of digital conversion campaigns.Key Responsibilities* Campaign Execution: Build and manage e DM and SMS campaigns that support conversion objectives.* Website Optimization: Support website optimization projects, ensuring improvements align with conversion goals and best practices.* Web CMS Management: Manage web content and updates on CMS platforms to ensure seamless digital experiences.* SEO Management: Assist with SEO efforts to improve organic search visibility and drive relevant traffic.* Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors to deliver projects in line with the overall conversion strategy.* Collaboration with Creative Teams: Liaise with creative design teams to develop digital assets required for campaigns.* Reporting & Analytics: Track the performance of digital campaigns, using data to inform decisions and improve results.* Support Strategy Execution: Support the Head of Conversion in executing digital programs and strategies to improve lead-to-sales conversion.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience in digital marketing, specifically in CRM campaign management (e DM and SMS). Hands-on experience with web CMS management and website optimization. Basic understanding of SEO principles and tactics. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for digital marketing campaigns.
