At **RCR Mining Technologies**, we're entering a bold new chapter — expanding globally and evolving how we engage with customers, partners, and our people. To support this transformation, we're looking for a **Principal - Strategy & Engagement** to help us bring our strategy to life and scale internationally — especially into North America.

**What does this role actually do?**

This is a role where no two days are the same — but here's a taste of what you might be doing in an average week:

- Working alongside senior leaders to help develop and execute our international growth strategy
- Mapping out customer and supply chain journeys to support new market entry, particularly in North America
- Planning our presence at a major international mining expo, ensuring our brand stands out for all the right reasons
- Collaborating with NRW's marketing team to bring a campaign or customer story to life
- Coaching a colleague through a digital tool to help them deliver faster, smarter work
- Leading a creative workshop to explore new ways we can engage with customers or employees
- Reviewing insights from a recent engagement survey or project to shape future improvements
- Drafting clear, compelling communications that align teams and inspire action
- Helping assess and communicate the value of new strategic business opportunities

You'll be hands-on with projects, act as a trusted advisor to leaders, and bring structure, insight, and creativity to how we operate and grow — both locally and globally.
