You will support purchasing and contract administration processes across departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.
You'll collaborate with team members and external vendors to ensure smooth operational execution.
**The Role*** Raise and manage purchase requisitions for multiple commercial departments.
* Monitor purchase orders for accuracy, compliance, and processing.
* Confirm goods and services receipt and ensure closure of POs in SAP.
* Track and resolve discrepancies in the GR/IR account.
* Initiate companion entries for legal documents and manage DocuSign workflows.
* Support internal teams with updates on purchasing and finance processes.
**Your skills and experience*** Experience in a commercial finance or administrative role.
* Proficiency in SAP for purchasing and goods receipting.
* Experience managing contract workflows using DocuSign or similar platforms.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred).
