**About the Role**

We are on the lookout for a highly organised and detail-driven Events Coordinator to manage our Private Dining Room (PDR) reservations and deliver outstanding client experiences.

This is a full-time, office based position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating seamless and memorable events from initial inquiry to post-event wrap-up. You will be the main point of contact for private dining clients, coordinating with our internal teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction. Your role will involve both administrative and client-facing responsibilities, requiring excellent communication, top-tier organisation, and a passion for delivering premium service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **End-to-End Management of PDR Bookings**: Oversee the entire process, ensuring each event is handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
- **Client Liaison**: Confirm menu and beverage selections, accommodate dietary requirements, and provide exceptional service throughout.
- **Document & Data Management**: Maintain booking agreements, update group menus, manage public listings and internal templates.
- **Payment Follow-Up**: Track progress payments and ensure completion before the event date.
- **Operational Coordination**: Keep booking spreadsheets updated, compile event data and feedback, and ensure final bills are collated post-event.

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in event coordination or a similar role within hospitality
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience using event management software or booking systems.
- Ability to multitask, work autonomously, and maintain strong client relationships.
