The Role
We are an established provider of personal growth and leadership programs, seeking self-directed professionals who are confident in engaging others and motivated by meaningful work.
This is a contract-based role that rewards initiative, communication skills, and the ability to market effectively to targeted niche audiences.
What You'll Be Doing
Promote and represent personal and professional development programs
Market to niche audiences using proven digital channels and strategies
Conduct structured conversations with individuals exploring personal growth
Manage your workflow and schedule independently (min. 12–15 hrs/week)
Participate in ongoing training and connect with a supportive global network
What We're Looking For
5+ years of full-time, paid experience in Business Development, Marketing, or a related leadership role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
Confidence with digital platforms (Zoom, LinkedIn, social media, email)
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and alignment with values of growth and leadership
Based in Australia, NZ, USA, or Canada
