You will do this by:
- Leading the analysis of the Fund's membership demographics of members approaching and in retirement
- Building knowledge across the Fund of retirement related concepts and trends including retirement solutions and adequacy
- Providing high quality data support to internal and external stakeholders involved in the management of our defined benefit (DBD) product
Key areas of focus for you will be:
- Retirement Income Strategy management
- Work with the Retirement Solutions Lead and the Retirement Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap for each retirement product
- Fund Actuary relationship and actuarial management of the DBD
**About you**
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best retirement outcomes to our members. To be successful in this role you are someone with a curious mindset and a love of research and data.
In addition, you will have experience in the following areas:
- Financial services with exposure to defined benefit superannuation and an ability to understand actuarial content
- Demonstrable awareness of domestic and international retirement products, strategies and member considerations
- Analysis, possibly actuarial or data focused
- Actuarial qualifications or education is desirable
