CDK Stone is the one to beat when it comes to providing total support to the stone industry. We are not only renowned for importing and selling high-quality natural stone and premium industrial machinery. We also provide high-end tools and equipment to Stonemasons and fabricators, from diamond blades to polishing pads.

We are now looking for a Trainee Customer Service Advisor to join our Tools and Equipment Division to provide support to customers in Victoria and across Australia. You'll add significant value through:

- Having conversations with stonemasons and tradespeople to provide them with support on their projects.
- Helping customers with sales support, following up on dispatched orders, and answering any technical or spare parts-related questions.
- Assisting the Sales Representatives by following up on quotes, invoices, and product requirements from customers who have enquired about their orders.
- Keeping up to date with the latest product range and industry trends to help better inform customers through research and participating in team meetings.

**About You**
- You've worked in a warehouse and have always been interested in a role that allows you to talk to customers. While you've enjoyed the on-the-go nature of the warehouse, you are on the lookout for a role that you can settle into.
- Whether it is completing cycle counts or picking packing orders, you're someone who always makes sure to get things done on time. Thanks to your supportive approach, you get along easily with other people and you make sure that you go out of your way to help when needed.
- While you may not know much about diamond blades or industrial machinery, you're looking for a role where you can invest time in learning about premium products.

**Selection Criteria**

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- An interest in speaking to customers.
- An interest in learning about a technical product.
