**About Our Opportunity**

We are seeking a customer-focused Trainee to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will provide you with invaluable experience in customer service and administration, laying the foundation for a successful career.

You will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries
  • Directing calls and conveying messages promptly and accurately
  • Completing general administrative tasks such as data entry and quotes/orders processing

This is an ideal role for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to start their career in customer service, sales, or administration fields. To be considered, you must hold a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence using MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dependability, punctuality, and ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
