**Description**:
Purpose
The position purpose of a Learning & Development Team Leader is to oversee and manage the learning and development initiatives within an organization. They are responsible for leading a team of learning and development professionals and coordinating their efforts to enhance employee and partner workforce skills, knowledge, and performance.
**Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Taking a Business Partnering approach with the L&D teams stakeholders
- People and Performance management
- Product Ownership and Project Lead
- Configuration & Compliance of the LMS
- Research & Development
**Skills and Experiences**:
Personal Attributes
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders including senior management and communicate effectively with all levels across the organisation.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills and behaviours, incorporating verbal and written communication, flexibility, resilience.
- Excellent written communication skills including a demonstrated capacity to prepare complex advice and reports and other documents as requested and within a timely manner
- Strong organisational skills and deadline driven
- High level of personal organisation, initiative and resourcefulness
Required Experience
- Experience in as a Project Lead
- Training and Development planning skills
- LMS Experience
- High level of skill in Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
**Qualifications**:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience
