**The Opportunity: Learning and Development Leader**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our team in creating and delivering an educational program that fosters children's learning and development. As a Learning and Development Leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging activities that promote children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure high-quality care and education.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive centre environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Current Qld Blue Card.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and good nutrition for children.
