**About the Role**
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for providing high-level executive support? We're looking for an exceptional Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and work directly with the Chief People Officer (CPO) in a fast-paced, impactful role at Swinburne University.
In this role, you'll be the trusted right-hand to the CPO—managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and divisional events, arranging complex travel itineraries, and preparing key documentation. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues efficiently and ensuring operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Success in this role calls for discretion, diplomacy, and a deep understanding of internal policies and procedures. You'll be engaging with colleagues across the University, as well as external stakeholders and international partners—so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

**About You**
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience in providing high-level senior leadership support including the ability to deal with information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to communicate across cultures, and with staff at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to be proactive and show judgement and initiative, to work independently and be an effective team member.
- Sound analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to collect and interpret relevant information and find appropriate solutions to complex problems.
**Qualifications**
A degree with subsequent relevant experience and broad knowledge in senior administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
