Job Role: Chief Administrative Officer
Provide high-level administrative support to the General Manager and wider Executive team.
- Assist with organisational management, diary coordination, and meeting scheduling.
- Liaise with internal and external personnel regarding administrative tasks.
- Attend Executive meetings, take minutes, distribute reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and process VMO Credentialing (eCredentialing and WebPAS).
- Support recruitment processes for staff and registrars (Oracle).
