Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for human resources

The successful candidate will have experience in executive-level positions with strong organisational development skills. A degree in human resources or a related field would be advantageous. Additionally, expertise in policy development and reform, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, is highly desirable.
