What this job involves
As the Mailroom Coordinator you will deliver Administration & Logistic support, enhancing the employee experience of our colleagues through our onsite services and business administration support.
Delivery of key on
- site administration services for all major IAG offices across AU & NZ
Manage the associated third-party providers to deliver superior customer service through an improvement plan that delivers service on time and on budget.
Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, respond to feedback, assist in the co-ordination and delivery of day to day running of office premises.
Work with Property Projects & Demand team to input requirements into new workplace and operations models.
Ensure prompt, accurate services which support our people in performing their job in a timely and efficient manner.
Drive digital influence within all departments, providing the option of scanning all incoming mail/cheques to a digital mailbox and maximising the digital distribution of the maximum types of correspondence.
Support other functions as appropriate (IE backfill of roles, systems support, invoicing etc)
Assist the Curation Coordinators when required to ensure safe, clean and organised office, lobby and conference rooms
**Required skills & experience**:
Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders, including managing expectations (essential)
Well-developed time management and project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and coordinate others to meet key milestones (essential)
Previous experience in a corporate environment
Strong Customer Service focus
Strong computer literacy
Evidence of problem solving skills - capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
Strong communicator - Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills; also an active listener
Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
