Warehouse Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to join our team as a Warehouse and Mailroom Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys coordinating warehouse & mailroom activities, including receiving and distributing supplies and packages, dispatching store consumables and fixtures, and maintaining inventory records.
- Collecting or delivering packages to and from depots, suppliers or customers as required.
- Unpacking, checking and receipt of deliveries.
- Processing out-bound mail and packages & assisting internal staff with mail services as required.
- Distribution of stock, consumables and supplies equipment etc. to stores.
- Coordination of courier collections and completion of manifests.
- Occasional heavy lifting of boxes, up to 20kg.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous warehouse or mailroom experience.
- A current and valid driver's license.
- Well-organized, with proven attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously using own initiative.
- Basic skills in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the internal team and external stakeholders.
