**Role overview**

An In-Store Team Member performs duties of both a Customer Service Representative (CSR) and a Pizza Maker, and is responsible for providing quality customer service, as well as making our delicious pizzas and other food items with pride.

**Key responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting customers on the phone and in person
- Taking customer orders
- Attending to customer concerns
- Promoting menu items and special offers
- Processing cash and EFTPOS payments
- Preparing a variety of pizzas and other food items
- Hygiene and food safety
- General cleaning duties.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great work ethic
- The ability to learn quickly on the job.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-25 per week

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Performance bonus
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hastings, VIC 3915: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 9-11) (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
